VOLUNTEERS

The hallmark of our program is its connection to the community. The Kinderhook Basketball Association serves the youth of our community through volunteerism. Each year men and women in our community volunteer their time as board members, coaches, coordinators. Participants’ family members also collect admissions and sell concessions throughout the season.

The commitment of our community members allows the program to sustain itself, keep registration costs low, and develop a tight connection to the people it serves. Please consider volunteering this upcoming season. To do so, email, call or indicate your interest on the registration form.

2025-2026 Registration is Open

October 12, 2025

In order to better accommodate the wishes of our membership we will attempt to offer two divisions at the 3rd & 4th and 5th & 6th grade levels. Specifically, we will seek to offer a Recreational and a Travel division at each of these levels. The 7th & 8th grade level will remain as a strictly travel level. Please note, that the viability of this structure is based on the interest level and adequate volunteer participation to serve as coaches. Register HERE! The program is open to boys and girls teams from 1st through 8th grade for the upcoming Winter season. We look forward to a great season ahead of providing a meaningful, local and affordable experience for players and families.
